Clean up our waters

I don't really think the world's "lack" of water is a problem right now. Our problem is water pollution. What we
have to do is write a contract joining together all the major corporations of the world and start a huge movement
to clean up the earth's waters. It's fine if water distribution is in the hands of the private sector, as long
as we recycle the plastic. Where I live (Latin America), people throw trash out of their cars, there is almost
no recycling at all. I recall watching a documentary about how the British expanded their empire, and in one part
they talk about how London became so populated with all the jobs, that people dumped all their trash into the
river, which was the same river they drank out of, and caused massive sickness killing tens of thousands of people.
We've got to do some intense cleaning and recycling if we want to achieve water abundance.
